Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange

We offer FULL EXCHANGE for returned orders within 7 days of receipt.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase reception, a partial only exchange is available.

*Please note: We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • If the client did not pick up the parcel on time (more than 7-9 days)
  • If the client was not at home at the time of delivery
  • Theft of package from home address
  • A customer entering wrong address (incomplete address information)
  • If the customer has requested a refund after the package has been handed over to the shipping company for delivery to the customer.

      To be eligible for a return, the items need to be in the same condition that you received it.

      For all Returns/Exchanges, simply email with your order # and request. A shipping label will be provided to you.

      Big Sale/Clearance Items

      We do not offer refunds for purchases during specified sales or clearance events. This includes any purchases with a discount greater than or equal to 30% (or labeled on our website that sales are final). We will clearly specify on various parts of our website that purchases during this sale are final.

      Returns / Exchange

      We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. All returns must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. A fee of $5.00 will be deducted for issuing refunds. Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded / exchange.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the full refund of your order.


      Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-9 business days.


      In the event a chargeback is submitted by the customer while they are eligible for a full refund, the chargeback must be removed before a full refund is applied. 

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For changes in size, we offer free exchanges. Send us an email at



      Extra Shipping Payment

      Paid by the client in case:


      • If the client did not pick up the parcel on time
      • If the client was not at home at the time of delivery
      • If the customer specified incorrect delivery information when placing the order
      • When returning the parcel back to the sender
      • For remote areas
      • Other reasons the company incurred additional shipping costs.



      To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after-sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Usually, it will take 2-5 business days.

      Please ship the package to the address provided by the after-sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a 100% refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.



      -All returned orders must be sent back in a plastic package, not a box. This makes the return process smoother with the shipping companies and ensures that you will receive your refund/exchange in a timely manner.

      -If you do not wish to use the provided return label, you will be responsible for returning your item. This includes the cost of the shipping label for original payment refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

      - All returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the item with a valid tracking number back to the original shipping location. Orders shipped to any other location will not be refunded.

      *Customers have to cover the EMS / UPS shipping fee for the package return.

      -Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      -If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (EMS / UPS) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
